Dragon believes in group training where the energy of the group is positive and everyone has a common goal to succeed. Dragon believes in training the individual over a two month period creating an “exercise habit” that then becomes incorporated into that individual’s lifestyle. Dragon believes in a safe environment where the individual is educated to perform exercising utilizing proper technique and form.
